Privacy policy

Effective November 3, 2026

This policy covers FAA to Sheets, a private workflow operated by Benjamin Johnson.

Google data accessed

With your authorization, the app accesses spreadsheet content and metadata needed to run its configured FAA-tracking workflow.

Depending on approved permissions, Google Drive file names, identifiers, and spreadsheet metadata may support spreadsheet selection.

Google handles sign-in and consent. The app receives OAuth authorization tokens, not your Google password.

How data is used

The workflow reads configured spreadsheet rows, compares previous entries, and writes FAA status, advisory text, and capture times.

OAuth tokens allow the workflow to continue authorized operations without requesting sign-in for each run.

Approved permissions may allow broader access than this workflow needs. The operator limits configured operations to this workflow.

Storage and retention

Google stores spreadsheet data in your Google account. Self-hosted n8n stores authorization credentials and may retain execution records.

Workflow snapshots may contain FAA source data, normalized records, and advisory-cleanup evidence.

Records remain until deleted by the operator. Backups may retain copies until the operator deletes or replaces those backups.

Access is limited to the operator, authorized users, and service providers needed to host or operate these systems.

Sharing and local AI processing

The app exchanges necessary data with Google to read and update spreadsheets.

The local language model receives public FAA advisory text for formatting, not Google account credentials or spreadsheet contents.

Google user data is not used to train AI models. It is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with data brokers.

FAA to Sheets' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and deleting data

You can revoke Google access from your Google Account connections.

Revocation stops future authorized access. It does not delete existing spreadsheet rows, execution records, snapshots, or backups.

To remove stored workflow data, contact the operator through your existing private contact channel.

The operator can disconnect n8n credentials and delete retained execution records, snapshots, and relevant backup copies.

You control deletion of spreadsheets and rows in your Google account.

Contact and changes

This app has no public support inbox or public registration. Authorized users contact Benjamin Johnson through their existing private contact channel.

Material changes to data practices will appear here with a revised effective date.
